Development of JFW in Tokyo
The 1st JFW in TOKYO took place from the end of October to the beginning of November, 2005. The 1st JFW held in Tokyo from late October to early November 2005.
It was organized by the Japanese government and the private sector to achieve the following three Goals. At the 5th JFW in TOKYO (from the end of August to the beginning of September, 2007), the Tokyo Collection Week Brands that each present their new collections, the JFW Designers’ Exhibition that provides business opportu-nities, and the Special Exhibition by the world ‘S up-and-coming creators, titled “New creators met together in Europe” took place.
